great video. Please keep on making them, keep on adding your race reports. I am using them to learn how to run marathons. My first one with RunLikeCrazy in Moscow 12 September! This is my Crazy contribution to Run Like Crazy – do not rad anything else on how to Run Marathons but just rad your postings and watch your videos! Did my first 10 km last month and were planning to do 15 km on Labor day but twisted the ankle (thanks to soccer
