Best atmosphere I've run in. I shall certainly look out for your motivational speaking - I need all the motivation I can get. I am embarking on serious three discipline training and hope in two years to be able to complete an Ironman....surely something you've considered. Don't tell me you're not a swimmer - no-one is.
