Hey All.
I know this video has hot the stores late, but there’s been a heck of a lot of travel this week, with very little internet access. We flew from San Francisco to LA, then on to London for a night and lastly to Cyprus. In the last 3 weeks we more than circled the globe to punch out 4 marathons.
But here is last Sunday’s video and I’m getting ready to tick off number 12 in Paphos, Cyprus in the morning. So off to get some sleep and hope you’re all safe and happy at home. Love to all, missing you plenty..

Hey Tristan,
Sorry to see the soiled Run Like Crazy tshirt. When I did my first Ironman the first thing my friend Blair said to me was “That’s awesome! Did your nipples bleed?” He’d done a marathon not so long ago, inadequately attired, and lost his nipples! He was strangely disappointed when I told him that chicks don’t usually have that problem (we wear bras).
Looked like a fun marathon – heaps of great support and terrific scenery!
